Cured Egg Yolks

Cured Egg Yolks add great umami flavour to any dish and have a lovely vibrant colour. Just grate it over your favourite dishes to add an extra note of flavour. When grated, they taste a little like finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Pork Jelly 'Rice'

This rice substitute is a good option to provide some healthy protein in your meals. It's a nice bright white colour and has no particular flavour profile, so it's also quite neutral tasting like rice, but without all the issues of the traditional ingredient.

Creamy Bone Marrow Mayonnaise

Creamy Bone Mayonnaise is, as the name suggests, so incredibly creamy and delicious! It is easy to spread and works so well as a mayonnaise for adding a good amount of healthy fat to meat dishes or other PKD meals. In fact, it's also the perfect substitute for butter given it's creamy consistency and the fact that it remains so easy to spread without being too soft.

Breakfast Soup

I whipped this soup together for breakfast this week, hence the original name! It was deliciously tasty and very filling with lots of nutrient dense ingredients.

It's incredibly easy to make and wonderful to enjoy at any time of the year. The nutrient boost this soup provides, will ensure the day starts off well whatever you have planned.

Beef Tripe 'Rice'

Beef Tripe 'Rice' is the name I give to pressure cooked beef tripe that has been cooled in the fridge and then chopped up finely in the food processor until it resembles rice.

Oxtail Soup

This is such a lovely, rich and filling soup. It is full of nutrient dense ingredients that will leave you satiated for hours.

Beef Flake Buns

Beef Flake Buns are wonderfully filling and have a good PKD ratio, as well as being super easy to make!
They are a great savoury snack when you're out hiking or on a picnic for example. They are also nutrient dense, with a slight chewiness from the Crispy Parma Ham. The dried sour cherries also complement the flake mixture very nicely.

Crunchy Parma Ham Mini Galettes

These Crunchy Parma Ham Mini Galettes have a delicious crust to them and are perfect for coating with your favourite mayonnaise or pâté along with beef or pork crackling crumbs.

Beef Tripe Crumbs

Beef Tripe Crumbs are ideal for different recipes like crumble as when dried a little they become a little more crisp while remaining slightly chewy on the inside.

Bone Marrow Baskets

Bone Marrow Baskets are a fun and novel way to serve your meal, and become lovely and creamy when filled with warm meat dishes. They are nice to make when you are aiming for a slightly fancier meal for your friends or family. They are still quick and easy to whip up, yet offer an extra touch of class. They can also be made ahead of time.

Beef With Liver Flakes

Beef With Liver Flakes are both nutrient dense and so simple to whip up. They are extremely useful for coating food (as a substitute for flour), the flakes act as a great thickener in recipes and can be incorporated into many main meals or dessert mixtures or buns. They add extra flavour and can be blended to whatever flake size requirements are needed. It's also a great way of getting a touch of liver into your dishes, in a novel way.
