Breaded Liver With Pulled Pork Sauce
For a dish that is simply 'breaded' liver it is extremely tasty, with an incredible flavour furnished by the rich pulled pork sauce. A wonderful change from other more bland liver dishes. The breading is provided by a very fine tripe 'flour'. I wouldn't suggest making the 'flour' every day since it's not very economical, however it can be a great treat for special occasions or when you fancy a change.
Breaded Liver on Beef Crackling Puree
'Breaded' liver it is extremely tasty, with an incredible flavour furnished by the oxtail sauce reduction. A wonderful change from other, more bland liver dishes. The breading is provided by a very fine crispy Parma ham powder to give it a nice savoury flavour and the hot beef crackling is blended to a purée consistency with a touch of the rich cooking sauce.
Souffle Omelette
It would be remiss of me, living here in France, to not be inspired by some of the culinary works of Mère Poulard, who owned an inn on Mont-Saint-Michel, in the Normandy region of France over 100+ years ago. Mère Poulard created a great soufflé omelette which is both crispy and yet fluffy at the same time!
Mini Liver Crackling Buns
These little buns are nice and moist on the inside and yet hold really well together without needing any eggs. They have a bit of a crunch to them on the top and make a great party food, or meal for when you're on the move. They're easy and quick to prepare and are delicious, warm or cold!
Oxtail Mountains
Oxtail is both delicious, useful for the body and beneficial to our health. It is packed with flavour and has many nutritional benefits. I was so impressed with Zsófia Clemens's recent oxtail jelly creation that I felt it only fitting to feature one as a summer recipe creation on the site. I love the mountains, and in summer they are especially magic and refreshing, so I hope this dish will be both uplifting and beautiful to you too!
Mini Liver Pancakes
These cute little liver pancakes take next no time to cook and are great way to consume liver on a regular basis in a fun way! You can eat them as is, or why not add your own favourite toppings to them! They make the perfect party food and are great when you simply feel like an extra boost of liver.
