Christmas 'Chocolates'

These PKD 'chocolates' are a nice, guilt free treat to have over the festive period. They contain good quality ingredients, and will provide a nice burst of colour and flavour to your culinary masterpieces.

Beef Crackling Puree

This simple beef crackling purée has a lovely creamy texture to it and works so well as a fatty, flavour-packed accompaniment to various PKD dishes.

Breaded Liver With Pulled Pork Sauce

For a dish that is simply 'breaded' liver it is extremely tasty, with an incredible flavour furnished by the rich pulled pork sauce. A wonderful change from other more bland liver dishes. The breading is provided by a very fine tripe 'flour'. I wouldn't suggest making the 'flour' every day since it's not very economical, however it can be a great treat for special occasions or when you fancy a change.

Breaded Liver on Beef Crackling Puree

'Breaded' liver it is extremely tasty, with an incredible flavour furnished by the oxtail sauce reduction. A wonderful change from other, more bland liver dishes. The breading is provided by a very fine crispy Parma ham powder to give it a nice savoury flavour and the hot beef crackling is blended to a purée consistency with a touch of the rich cooking sauce.

Mini Jelly Christmas Shapes

These mini jelly shapes are a fun thing to make over the festive period. They have a nice taste to them with an extra crunch provided by the pork crackling crumbs. While not sweet, they make for a pretty decoration for Christmas dishes.

Pulled Pork - Ninja Bake Roast Option

Pulled Pork in the Ninja Tendercrisp using the Bake/Roast option is a great way to cook pulled pork if you do not have a BBQ available or if this option is less appealing during the cold, winter months.

Pulled Pork Flour

Pulled Pork 'Flour' is another option, instead of using pork rinds or Panko for breading, bun making and so on. I was inspired to try it after watching a great video called 'Making Meat Flour' on the Allergies Bite but Taste Good YouTube Channel (see the link below). As I had some leftover pulled pork, I thought I'd give this a try, and I have to say I was very pleased with the result!

Liver Carbonara

Liver Carbonara is a delicious 'pasta' style dish which is extremely creamy, savoury and satisfying. This is a great PKD alternative to the more classic version. The liver 'pasta' is a perfect match for the creamy sauce.

Breaded Liver on Whipped Beef Tallow

For a dish that is simply 'breaded' liver it is extremely tasty as is, with an incredible flavour furnished by the lamb sauce reduction. A wonderful change from other, more bland liver dishes. The 'breading' is made using beef crackling crumbs and the whipped tallow makes for a creamy sauce.

Pulled Pork Sauce

Pulled Pork Sauce has a deep, rich flavour with a touch of sweetness provided by the honey (optional). It's perfect for when you're wanting to add an explosion of flavour to your dishes.

Beef Tripe Flour

Beef Tripe 'Flour' was more of an experiment than anything else, given the recent interest in alternatives to conventional flour in the carnivore world. It works well in terms of producing a fine 'flour' with a gorgeous sandy colour.

Beef Tripe Bolognaise

Beef Tripe Bolognaise is a lovely way to use the beef tripe 'pasta' with a nice meaty filling, covered in a rich creamy sauce. It's a satisfying autumn dish which is both nutrient dense and extremely tasty!
