Tasty Lamb, Heart and Kidney Burger Patties

These burger patties are not only very nutrient dense, but they're wonderfully tasty too! They can be made very quickly and only take a short amount of time to cook.

Crackling and Liver Filling

This easy to make filling, is tasty with some nice chewiness provided from the crackling. It works great as a filling for rolls, as a type of pâté or spread for canapés or indeed as a topping for meat dishes. It has a great PKD ratio.

Creamy Dessert Sauce

This sauce is very moreish and works superbly for all types of desserts from puddings to trifles. It even makes a great heavy cream substitute as it's so thick and unctuous.

This is a great organ soup to try out that takes just minutes to prepare. The combo of liver and brain doesn't disappoint when it comes to furnishing a nutrient dense and flavoursome soup. It has such a light, creamy, almost mousse-like texture to it. It's the perfect way to add some valuable nutrients into your meals without it feeling difficult to eat.

Lamb burger patties are juicy and delicious! They taste lovely served with slices of beef crackling on top and eaten with the flat bottom pork muffins.

Crackling and Heart Filling

Crackling and heart filling, is reminiscent of beef hash. It's very tasty with some nice chewiness provided from the crackling. It works great as a filling for rolls, as a type of pâté or spread for canapés or indeed as a topping for meat dishes. It also has a great PKD ratio.

Bone Marrow and Greaves Spread

This combination arose unexpectedly as I ran out of greaves pâté! Visually, this spread reminds me of a relish when warm, providing some lovely flavour to various dishes and has a slight crunchiness to it from the greaves.

Tasty Beef and Liver Burger Patties

These burger patties are so juicy, tender and delicious! It's a great way of including liver on a regular basis. If you don't like organ meat these patties will change your mind, because they are so incredibly nutritious and tasty! The patties only take a couple of minutes to prepare, don't require any egg and cook up great in the oven.

Brain and Liver Omelette

Brain and Liver Omelette is just a deliciously tasty offal omelette. It's slightly more fragile than your regular omelette given that it's egg free, but boy does it taste yummy! It has an incredibly light and airy texture and tastes wonderful accompanied with slow cooked beef cheek and crackling.

Flat Bottom Pork Muffins

It's always nice to have a 'bread' that's both tasty and nutrient dense. These pork muffins are nice and moist and are perfect for burgers, sandwiches or pizza bases.

They have a lovely colour to them and re-heat well too.

Sausage and Greaves Spread

If you love smoked sausage and greaves pâté, then you'll appreciate this creamy combo. The spread is perfect for coating your PKD meats or spreading onto 'bread'. The flavours marry together so well.

Creamy Liver Soup

Creamy Liver Soup is the most silky and mousse-like soup I have had so far. It's also one of the quickest ever soups to whip together and will provide you with all the nutrients you need, to keep you fighting fit during the cold winter months, and pretty much any time of the year!
