My inspiration for this recipe was simply to create a PKD dessert 'of sorts' for Christmas!

This is a slight variation on my other Christmas Pâté Yule logs' for those wanting a slight touch of sweetness.

I wanted to combine lamb with a nice fluffy filling / topping and voilà, these mini lamb burger bites were born!

Chocolate boxes are always a lovely treat on special occasions, and especially so at Christmas time!

These Yule logs are very straightforward to make and provide a super tasty snack that you can serve over the festive period, and indeed at any time!

These little cookies are ideal for when you are looking for a tasty treat, that provides a boost of energy.

Christmas mince pies have always been a staple throughout the festive period in our house, and these ones are no less delicious!

During these cold winter months, a good nutrient dense casserole packs in a lot of flavour and is particularly satisfying!

A perfect base to serve pâté or other toppings on, or simply delicious in its own right!

When I think of Christmas, I immediately think of the fun times spent building a Snowman and having snowball battles in the garden with family and friends!

One of my favourite pastry cutter shapes is the Christmas Tree, which provided the inspiration for this recipe!
