Hi everyone and welcome to my very first blog post ……EVER!!
It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for a while now, so instead of keep pondering on the idea, I’ve just gone for it! I’m a bit of a perfectionist as you’ll come to learn and so it’s good for me to step out of my comfort zone even if all the little details are still to be determined! It was my September challenge to myself 😉
The goal of my blog will really be to share any and all things that pertain to health and wellness. Whether that be some interesting articles or books I have read, podcasts or documentaries I’ve found insightful and obviously new recipes and ideas I am working on in the kitchen 😉
