Pork Flakes

Introduction & Inspiration

Pork flakes are amazing for so many different recipes and are so nutrient dense at the same time. They can be made to whatever flake size requirements are needed. They make a welcome alternative to flour in many recipes and are so versatile when you simply need an ingredient for coating meat, for incorporating into main meals or dessert mixtures or simply for sprinkling on top of recipes to add extra flavour and texture.

I hope you'll give them a try.
