Roughly tear up your Beef Tripe Sheets With Beef and place in a food processor, and then place the lid on the processor and set it on high speed until you achieve the desired flake size (Bigger flakes just require a quick whizz around, and with a slightly longer blend you can achieve a finer powder, similar to flour).
