Beef Flakes

Introduction & Inspiration

Starting with healthy ingredients has always been my priority, and these beef flakes are extremely versatile and give you all the health benefits from grass fed minced beef at the same time! They can be ground into a fine powder similar to flour, or simply kept as bigger flakes for coating your favourite food or indeed for making your favourite desserts.

I hope you will find them a handy addition when creating your culinary delights.

Serving Size

1 x 200g Beef Flakes

Main Ingredients:

5 x Beef Sheets

Recipe Instructions

Make the Beef Sheets as per the recipe instructions.


Roughly tear up your beef sheets into a food processor, and then place the lid on the processor and set it on high speed until you achieve the desired flake size (Bigger flakes just require a quick whizz around, and with a slightly longer blend you can achieve a finer powder, similar to flour).


Pour the Beef Flakes into an airtight container if you are not using them straightaway, and store in the fridge.


Your Beef Flakes are ready to use.


Ideally, purchase your meat from pasture raised animals that are Nitrate, Nitrite & Additive Free.
