Beef Crackling Strips

Introduction & Inspiration

Thin, matchstick-like strips of beef crackling serve as an excellent alternative to fried onions. Their delightful crispiness makes them perfect for hotdog or canapé type fillings. Plus, they’re quick and easy to prepare, adding a wonderful amount of healthy fat and flavour to your dishes.

I hope you'll try making them.
